Hello!

After almost seven years together, we’re sealing the deal, tying the knot, taking the plunge, uniting two great nations and making it official! We think it’s the perfect excuse for a big ol’ celebration with all the people that make us happy - you! We’d love you to join us.

We promise you the best people, delicious food, great craic and maybe even some beautiful weather.

Millbridge Court

 

Millbridge Court is tucked away in Farnham, Surrey. We chose this venue because the house immediately felt like a home away from home and the perfect place to have all of our loved ones together for a party. If the weather is good, we’ll have plenty of outside space for fun, games and drinks.

  • For those of you travelling to the UK from Ireland and elsewhere, there are two airports nearby:

    Gatwick airport to Millbridge Court: 50 minutes by car.

    Heathrow Airport to Millbridge Court: 45 minutes by car.

    Hiring a car may well work out less expensive than a taxi to and from the airport.

    If you plan to use public transport, we’d recommend travelling to Gatwick as the links to this part of Surrey are better, with trains to Farnham via Guildford taking 1 hour 20 minutes and leaving every 30 minutes.

  • Public transport:

    The nearest train station is Farnham, which is three miles from Millbridge Court.

    There are direct trains to Farnham from Guildford, Woking, Clapham Junction and London Waterloo.

    Gatwick to Farnham is 1 hour 20 minutes on the train via Guildford.

    If you’re coming from Heathrow Airport, you can take the Elizabeth Line to Paddington and then the Bakerloo Line to Waterloo.

    Farnham is a small town, so we’d recommend you call ahead to book a taxi to Millbridge Court once you know your train’s arrival time.

    Travelling by car:

    Farnham is just over 30 minutes off the M25 via the A3.

  • Turn left when you come into the driveway. There is plenty of parking on site if everyone parks sensibly. If, however, you cannot find a space when you arrive, you may need to double park in the driveway.

  • We’ve been advised that taxis can be very limited in the area, so we highly recommend you book in advance.

    If enough people are staying in certain local hotels, we will arrange some minibuses to and from Millbridge Court, so drop us a message once you’ve booked your hotel, and we’ll collate a list and take it from there.

Friday 8th August

For those arriving in the area on Friday, come and join us for a drink at Bel and The Dragon in Churt from 7.30pm.

Saturday 9th August - the big celebration!

Millbridge Court will open its doors at 1.45pm. Please arrive no later than 2pm.

Dinner will be served at 5.30pm.

The party ends at midnight.

Sunday 10th August

For those up to it, we plan to do a sedate country walk followed by a pub lunch at The Mill in Elseatd. As we’re a large group, they’ve asked us to arrive from 11.30. Food will be served at 12.15.

  • We are incredibly lucky to have all that we need (in fact, Clo says Frances has way too much of everything. Frances disagrees!), and all we want for the day is for you to have a great time.
